Background of the Company:  Finitema Program is an e-commerce centered Initiative with two cardinal objectives on wealth creation and retailing. The Brand derives its name from the company names which are Infinitema Ltd and Finitema Ltd. The company Infinitema Ltd was incorporated in 2008 with RC No. 768539. The company is managed by professionals with integrity, cognate skills and excellent track records.

Our Vision: To develop an online business community to enhance transactions, enable diligent members to emerge as business owners to create wealth, generate employment opportunities to enhance overall quality of life and exert positive impact on the entire economy.

Mission Statement: To develop a Program that leverages technology to drive Business operations, be a potent platform for entrepreneurial development for wealth creation, creating structures for employment opportunities, be a good advertising medium for Businesses.  

Philosophy of the Company: Employing excellence, innovative processes and professionalism to achieve efficiency and high productivity for client satisfaction.

Objectives: To constructively engage Vendors nationwide to trade on the Platform and leverage on enabled structure to boost sales volume; and secondly, drive wealth creation with channels for evolution of legitimate Businesses that will create huge quantum of Job Opportunities.

Operational Methodology: The methodology is to develop a network of Operations and administrative Offices across the country. The Operations Offices will carry on out-sourced functions to provide Program Support Services. The Operations will be departmentalised and will be supervised by wide array of Companies within Finitema Group. Administrative Offices will be sufficiently staffed with responsibilities to the immediate host environment. In this way, residents and Businesses will be on-boarded and assisted for improved sales and participation.

It is designed to on-board different entrepreneurial endeavors and expose them to online traffic and atmosphere for enhanced business relationship and value appreciation.

Program Components: There are four vital components of the Program; the Investors, Agent Companies, Members and the Finitema Workforce. The Program will leverage on resources from Equity and Nominal Investors to fund critical segments, and adequate structure has been created on the Portal for moderation. The Program will out-source functions to Agent Companies to provide support Services and adequate provision has been created for coordination. The Program has six distinct Roles for members who wish to maximise their membership. The huge structure of the Program will be driven by motivated Workforce.

Briefs about the Project Developer
Benson O. Omonuberu is the visionary of finitema programme. The conception and development came as inspiration with specific mandate for execution.

The project developer hails from Ondo State, Nigeria. He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Architecture from University of Ife, and M. Sc. (Arch.) Degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He holds MBA Degree and M. Sc. (Const. Magt.) Degree with distinction from University of Lagos. A registered Architect with ARCON and a cognate member of Nigerian Institute of Architects. He offered consultancy services for mostly Public sector clientele and voluntarily served on few Public Sector Committees.
